I am Mary Ann Black Director of the Hereford Environmental Education Center. I sit on the Upper San Pedro Partnership board. I am working on a Regional Stormwater Recharge Plan that will preserve open space, reduce flooding, reduce erosion, create more parkways in cities and, most important, increase recharge of our acquifers. These are modele after Indian Bend Wash linear Park in Scottsdale.
Would you be willing to come share what you are doing, have accomplished and what are the objectives for the near future?
